Scott and Alicia Crawley are the founders of Lauren’s Lighthouse Temple and live in Oklahoma. They have two married sons, two grandsons, and a daughter living in heaven. Alicia does the operational work of the stateside organization, mentors Mom Rose, and shares weekly video teachings with the church. Scott provides support, inspiration and wisdom. They both travel to Ghana whenever possible.

Godly and Rosemond Ellioly are the Pastors of Lauren’s Lighthouse Temple and live in Winneba, Ghana. They have three young sons. Pastor Godly, in addition to pastoring LLT, heads Lauren’s Lighthouse Bible College, does evangelism and outreach, and supports the work of the network churches. Mom Rosemond mentors the women of the church and leads outreaches, all while caring for her sons, working at The Pearl House Academy, and getting a university degree.
